How Can severe Pain In The Neck And Shoulder Blade Be Treated?

Hello I have had pain for 4 weeks in my neck and back between shoulder blades on right side. The pain is not getting better I had a c spine mri a few months back due to same problem and it showed some arthritis. I feel the pain is radiating from between my shoulders blades because when I push that s where the center of pain is but it goes across my back and shoulder and in front on y sternum. Due I need a Tspine mri? I cant take the pain thanks Cynthia

it can be cervical spondilytis. take neck color avoid pillow at bed time. apply worm phomantation on neck and analgesic ointment externally. use hard bed and take tab hifenac one daily for ten days.
